Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Sid Woolford started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Frankie Summers made in the 11th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Jo Branson immediately put the ball in play. In the 11th minute, Gregory Llewellyn hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 15 minutes into the game, Ajax Fans Club's Pete Taggart nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fred Chapman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Jeff Draper sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Tommy Singleton fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored jimjam's protests and gave Tommy Singleton a yellow card for diving instead. In the 18th match minute, jimjam was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tommy Singleton to maneuver through the defense. 21 minutes into the game, Jo Branson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ajax Fans Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave jimjam the free kick. In the 21st minute of the match Gregory Llewellyn sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kris Granville skillfully saved the ball. Fred Chapman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeff Draper in the 23rd minute of the match. Tommy Singleton hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. In the 25th minute of the match Syd Downham shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fred Chapman showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 30th minute Pete Taggart shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fred Chapman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fred Chapman came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Ajax Fans Club's Damian Boatman. But to his dismay, Damian Boatman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Fred Chapman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pete Taggart in the 36th minute of play. jimjam's Fred Chapman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damian Boatman in the 38th minute of play. jimjam's Fred Chapman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damian Boatman in the 43rd minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, Damian Boatman notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of jimjam's Fred Chapman. Fred Chapman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Francis Ellerton to strike the kick off in the second half. Kristian Colman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 55 minutes, Kristian Colman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. jimjam's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kristian Colman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jeff Draper kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. jimjam's Fred Chapman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save jimjam from getting a goal against them. Kris Granville showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kristian Colman in the 65th minute of the match. A hard shot by Jim Burns from long distance, 71 minutes into the match, got Fred Chapman's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Kristian Colman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kristian Colman struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Kris Granville didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for jimjam. The crowd rose to their feet as Damian Boatman kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fred Chapman. That made the score 0-5 in the 78 minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, jimjam's goal looked a bit too open when Francis Ellerton came free, but Fred Chapman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Damian Boatman took a quick shot and it went in 0-6 without a chance for Fred Chapman to make any attempt to save it. Fred Chapman made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Damian Boatman sent off a good shot on target. In the 92nd minute, Sid Woolford ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kris Granville was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-6. Francis Ellerton kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. The jimjam supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Ajax Fans Club's performance. The match ended with a win for Ajax Fans Club.
