Marc Mayall started the match with the kick off. Gudesteo Ponce could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Pedro Gardner made a huge save. Blair Tuck charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Blair Tuck the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The goalkeeper, Pedro Gardner, was totally fooled by FC Pelsall's Martyn Conway, who 16 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. With an all-out effort, FC Pelsall's Pedro Gardner threw himself towards the right post 19 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ladislao Edur, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 20 minutes into the game, Gudesteo Ponce cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Pedro Gardner was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Martyn Conway in the 24thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Pedro Gardner, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Pedro Gardner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ladislao Edur in the 30th minute of the match. Martyn Conway kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 33rd minute, FC Pelsall's Ladislao Edur ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Pedro Gardner. Pedro Gardner yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. Louie Tolley kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Ladislao Edur received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Pedro Gardner came out and tried to block the shot, but Ladislao Edur slotted it home off the left post making it 5-0 in the 44th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Martyn Conway made the kick off in the second half. Fryderyk Gajewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas Allison, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 52 minutes into the match, Blandford Forum's goal looked a bit too open when Carl Browne came free, but Pedro Gardner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 54th minute Lucas Allison shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fryderyk Gajewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martyn Conway in the 57th minute of play forced Blandford Forum's goalkeeper Pedro Gardner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ladislao Edur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Pelsall made a substitution. After 62 minutes of play, FC Pelsall's Ladislao Edur made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Gardner was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gudesteo Ponce received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ladislao Edur in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro Gardner saved Blandford Forum from getting behind. Carl Browne sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Verne Forrester kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvério Mandrak in the 82nd minute of play forced Blandford Forum's goalkeeper Pedro Gardner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Louie Tolley during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The FC Pelsall fans' excitement grew in the 84th match minute when FC Pelsall's Heli Sánchez looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 8-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 88th minute, Silvério Mandrak got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Theo Beech's late challenge caught a Blandford Forum's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Theo Beech helped the player get up and apologised. After 93 played minutes FC Pelsall got a freekick which was hit by Theo Beech.
