Spectators: 7598 (Terracing: 5700, Seating: 1747, VIP seats: 151) Ragnar Melander made the kick off and thus started the match. 3 minutes into the match, Lekeryd's goal looked a bit too open when Ragnar Melander came free, but Vincent Runeberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ragnar Melander took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vincent Runeberg. Vincent Runeberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Arne Petersson got in the 10th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Stephen Morgan handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. After 14 played minutes Lekeryd got a freekick which was hit by Arne Petersson. In the 21st minute Alfons Ingemarsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stephen Morgan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arne Petersson in the 22nd minute of play forced Berga BK's goalkeeper Stephen Morgan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 23 played minutes Lekeryd got a freekick which was hit by Jens-Åke Pedersson. A collision led to Berga BK getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Ragnar Melander hit a great ball. Stephen Morgan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alfons Ingemarsson went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alfons Ingemarsson in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stephen Morgan saved Berga BK from getting behind. Vincent Runeberg came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Berga BK's Joachim Eliasson. But to his dismay, Joachim Eliasson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Ragnar Melander hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. The supporters of Berga BK booed when Lekeryd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfons Ingemarsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 46th minute, Karl-Michael Andreasson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alfons Ingemarsson made a kick off. The Berga BK fans' excitement grew in the 57th match minute when Berga BK's Joachim Eliasson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ragnar Melander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vincent Runeberg having to interfere. Ragnar Melander struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Vincent Runeberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Berga BK. 郝思超 kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. 70 minutes into the match, Lekeryd's Rolf Björnsson broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arvid Pålsson during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Joachim Eliasson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Berga BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Joachim Eliasson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vincent Runeberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vincent Runeberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ragnar Melander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joachim Eliasson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 95 minutes into the game, Kåre Paulin threw the ball into play from the sideline. Berga BK's Erland Torsberg quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. There was no doubt that Berga BK were the better team. Berga BK's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
