Spectators: 7592 (Terracing: 5695, Seating: 1746, VIP seats: 151) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ragnar Melander started the match with the kick off. Bengt-Rune Bergström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ragnar Melander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ragnar Melander who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 20thth minute tested the skills of Bengt-Rune Bergström when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ragnar Melander in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bengt-Rune Bergström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bengt-Rune Bergström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ragnar Melander, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Bengt-Rune Bergström was a little too slow when Joachim Eliasson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 23rd minute. The score was now 2-0. In the 27th minute, Joachim Eliasson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 30 minutes into the match, Isak Strandberg notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Berga BK's Stephen Morgan. Stephen Morgan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Torbjörn Lindqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 35th minute Tage Brandin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stephen Morgan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Claes Arvidsson fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Frösön's protests and gave Claes Arvidsson a yellow card for diving instead. If Ragnar Melander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 44 played minutes Berga BK got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Salqvist. In the 47th minute, Isak Strandberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

In the 54th minute, Joachim Eliasson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Tage Brandin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stephen Morgan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tage Brandin in the 61st minute of play. With a little luck, Berga BK's Stephen Morgan got control of the ball when Isak Strandberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tage Brandin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the match clock showed 67 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Ragnar Melander sped through Frösön's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bengt-Rune Bergström. Ragnar Melander scored 4-1 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bengt-Rune Bergström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tage Brandin in the 76th minute of play forced Berga BK's goalkeeper Stephen Morgan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Harry Gustafsson got free with Stephen Morgan in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ragnar Melander struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Bengt-Rune Bergström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Berga BK. When Berga BK's Ragnar Melander in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Frösön's goalie prevented a goal. Frösön's Bengt-Rune Bergström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joachim Eliasson in the 83rd minute of play. Torbjörn Lindqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Joachim Eliasson fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Berga BK's protests and gave Joachim Eliasson a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Frösön booed when Berga BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joachim Eliasson didn't get a good kick on the ball. 92 minutes into the match, Frösön's goal looked a bit too open when Ragnar Melander came free, but Bengt-Rune Bergström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Joachim Eliasson came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Berga BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joachim Eliasson couldn't finish the play. After 94 minutes, Niklas Törnkvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Frösön and the Berga BK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Berga BK walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
