The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Ruch Pniów booed when Głodne Ghule u21 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bartosz Sliško didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arturo Borubar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ton Eschendaal in the 9th minute of play. Marek Czech struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Kryspin Dulka didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Głodne Ghule u21. He walked away shaking his head. When Grabiel Saracha came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Ruch Pniów fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Grabiel Saracha couldn't finish the play. Kryspin Dulka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan Koller in the 36th minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, Ruch Pniów's goal looked a bit too open when Marek Czech came free, but Kryspin Dulka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 44 played minutes Głodne Ghule u21 got a freekick which was hit by Ludomir Raszek. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marek Czech to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Ruch Pniów's goal looked a bit too open when Marek Czech came free, but Kryspin Dulka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Głodne Ghule u21's Ludomir Raszek got a free kick in the 86th minute. 87 minutes into the match, Głodne Ghule u21's goal looked a bit too open when Grabiel Saracha came free, but Arturo Borubar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ton Eschendaal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Ruch Pniów's Kryspin Dulka got control of the ball when Marek Czech tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 96th minute, Piotr Bernaciak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 97th minute of the match Rafal Dropinski sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arturo Borubar skillfully saved the ball. Ruch Pniów were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Głodne Ghule u21 for a fine match.
