Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 150) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Johan Torbjørnsen got the match started through his kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Brede Ørmen kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mons Søberg. That made the score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, Emil Folgerø notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Torp IF's Mons Søberg. Mons Søberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd rose to their feet as Bruvoll Grønn FK's Johan Torbjørnsen slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mons Søberg. That made the score 3-0 after 10 minutes of play. In the 13th minute, Bruvoll Grønn FK's Trygve Sjøgren dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-0. Johan Torbjørnsen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mons Søberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johan Torbjørnsen in the 19th minute of the match. Mons Søberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Trygve Sjøgren in the 21st minute of play. Mons Søberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brede Ørmen, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 23rd minute, Johan Torbjørnsen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mons Søberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan-Aage Baumann in the 32nd minute of play. After 33 played minutes Torp IF got a freekick which was hit by Eric Stav. 36 minutes into the match, Johan Torbjørnsen dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mons Søberg, 5-0. In the 43rd minute Runar Toft shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tore Vonheim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, Torp IF's goal looked a bit too open when Trygve Sjøgren came free, but Mons Søberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hans-Kristian Caspersen got free with Mons Søberg in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 47th minute, Hans-Kristian Caspersen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-1 at half-time.
The wind increased when Eric Stav made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Trygve Sjøgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mons Søberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johan Torbjørnsen in the 58th minute of play forced Torp IF's goalkeeper Mons Søberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emil Folgerø scored 6-1 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mons Søberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 65th minute, Torp IF's Runar Toft ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tore Vonheim. Tore Vonheim yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 6-2. In the 68th minute Runar Toft shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tore Vonheim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 69 minutes of play, Bruvoll Grønn FK's Johan Torbjørnsen made it 7-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mons Søberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Trygve Sjøgren in the 72nd minute of play forced Torp IF's goalkeeper Mons Søberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mons Søberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johan Torbjørnsen in the 74th minute of play. Mons Søberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hans-Kristian Caspersen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mons Søberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Johan Torbjørnsen, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. 83 minutes into the match, Torp IF's goal looked a bit too open when Hans-Kristian Caspersen came free, but Mons Søberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mons Søberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Johan Torbjørnsen, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Mons Søberg came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Bruvoll Grønn FK's Trygve Sjøgren. But to his dismay, Trygve Sjøgren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-2. Johan Torbjørnsen charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Johan Torbjørnsen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 96th minute, Johan Torbjørnsen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee ended the match the Bruvoll Grønn FK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
