Spectators: 7952 (Terracing: 5965, Seating: 1829, VIP seats: 158) Gyulafirátót SE's Tibor Szőcs started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ágoston Holzhauser received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Erik Puja tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. László Jósa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erik Puja having to interfere. 6 minutes into the match, András Győri had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Erik Puja. Gyulafirátót SE's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that András Győri was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Erik Puja came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Apollon Grimaszol's András Győri. But to his dismay, András Győri quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. If András Győri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 21 minutes, Róbert Kolozsvári managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Apollon Grimaszol's supporters crossed their fingers, but Róbert Kolozsvári was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bertold Czakó kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Tibor Szőcs's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Soma Bernáth read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. András Győri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Erik Puja tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arnold Sallói during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Apollon Grimaszol booed when Gyulafirátót SE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnold Sallói didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gyulafirátót SE's Erik Puja played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by András Győri in the 33rd minute of play. Kristóf Sólyom kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. 36 minutes into the match, András Győri notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Gyulafirátót SE's Erik Puja. Erik Puja was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Apollon Grimaszol's András Győri in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gyulafirátót SE's goalie prevented a goal. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. András Győri was the one to do the kick off. Erik Puja made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Róbert Kolozsvári sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that András Győri's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Erik Puja was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Gyulafirátót SE's zone, András Győri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erik Puja came out of the goal and András Győri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Gyulafirátót SE's goalkeeper Erik Puja, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. András Győri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Erik Puja made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from András Győri in the 67th minute of play. Soma Bernáth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from György Kinizsi, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Arnold Sallói took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 73rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Soma Bernáth. Apollon Grimaszol's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 74th minute, András Győri got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 79 minutes of play, Apollon Grimaszol's András Győri made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Erik Puja was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 83rd minute, András Győri got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. András Győri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. György Kinizsi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Soma Bernáth having to interfere. The supporters of Gyulafirátót SE booed when Apollon Grimaszol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mátyás Bagi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Soma Bernáth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tibor Szőcs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Apollon Grimaszol played a much better game than Gyulafirátót SE and deserved their victory. The Gyulafirátót SE players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
