Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Wodonga United's Berkeley Loch started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ellis Hoskin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexander Baxter having to interfere. In the 14th minute, Springsure FC's Boyde Renny ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Alexander Baxter. Alexander Baxter yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. 18 minutes into the match, Ellis Hoskin notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Wodonga United's Alexander Baxter. Alexander Baxter was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 21 minutes into the match, Springsure FC's goal looked a bit too open when Berkeley Loch came free, but Nick Mcgregor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th minute, Boyde Renny left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Springsure FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Wodonga United's Alexander Baxter proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Wodonga United from getting a goal against them. In the 30th minute, Conner Perrett ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alexander Baxter was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. 39 minutes into the match, Ellis Hoskin notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of Wodonga United's Alexander Baxter. Alexander Baxter was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 42nd minute of the match, Ellis Hoskin tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Alexander Baxter saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The crowd rose to their feet as Springsure FC's Boyde Renny slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alexander Baxter. That made the score 10-0 after 43 minutes of play.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Conner Perrett in the 56th minute of play forced Wodonga United's goalkeeper Alexander Baxter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alexander Baxter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boyde Renny in the 58th minute of the match. Alexander Baxter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ellis Hoskin in the 59th minute of play. Alexander Baxter came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Springsure FC's Ellis Hoskin. But to his dismay, Ellis Hoskin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 13-0. Ellis Hoskin took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alexander Baxter. Alexander Baxter dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 14-0. Randall Smee hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Nick Mcgregor made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ernest Pegrum in the 68th minute. In the 69th minute Conner Perrett shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexander Baxter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alexander Baxter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ellis Hoskin in the 70th minute of the match. In the 72nd minute, Boyde Renny ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alexander Baxter was frozen by the shot and now it was 15-0. 76 minutes into the game, Boyde Renny cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 16-0. Alexander Baxter was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 80 minutes into the game, Ellis Hoskin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 17-0. Alexander Baxter was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 85 minutes into the game, Springsure FC's Ellis Hoskin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alexander Baxter made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 18-0. With a little luck, Springsure FC's Nick Mcgregor got control of the ball when Berkeley Loch tried to sneak it across the goal line. Springsure FC's Bevis Stafford quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Brennan Munday, made in the 90th minute of the game. Alexander Baxter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ellis Hoskin in the 91st minute of the match. Alexander Baxter didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Boyde Renny went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 19-0 was the resulting score. There was no doubt that Springsure FC were the better team. Springsure FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
