If Blade Stanton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edmundson Shorten made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Blade Stanton in the 12th minute of play. Ringo Leydin scored 1-0 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edmundson Shorten, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jesse Wayland hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. A collision led to Lawlers getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Bishop Zalunardo hit a great ball. After 31 minutes, Ringo Leydin made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Lawlers's Edmundson Shorten tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 34 minutes, Dugald Kuch mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lawlers and the Wallace players grew even worse after the yellow card. Dugald Kuch kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Earle Lingwoodock to make the kick off. Keefer Richard made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Dugald Kuch sent off a good shot on target. Wallace were furious when Long Smee was red carded, 55 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 55 minutes into the game, one of Wallace:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dugald Kuch got free with Keefer Richard in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bishop Zalunardo in the 62nd minute of play forced Wallace's goalkeeper Keefer Richard to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Blade Stanton in the 64th minute of play forced Lawlers's goalkeeper Edmundson Shorten to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 68th match minute, Lawlers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bishop Zalunardo to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Wallace's Keefer Richard got control of the ball when Cod Easther tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had been going on for 74 minutes, Lawlers's Arty Lyle got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Keefer Richard. Wallace's Keefer Richard proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Wallace from getting a goal against them. In the 82nd minute, Ringo Leydin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Wallace fans' excitement grew in the 89th match minute when Wallace's Ringo Leydin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Earle Lingwoodock's late challenge caught a Wallace's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Earle Lingwoodock helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Lawlers getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Earle Lingwoodock hit a great ball. Edmundson Shorten stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Blade Stanton's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. Wallace walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
