Chico Vidales blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Liviu Ciuvică having to make a save. Liviu Ciuvică stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Chico Vidales's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. The throw-in from Alexandru Matei in the 11th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Nàstic de Tarragona's Mino Font. 12 minutes into the match, CF Gloria Sieu's goal looked a bit too open when Chico Vidales came free, but Liviu Ciuvică reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nàstic de Tarragona's Sixto Fraco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexandru Stănilă in the 14th minute of play. In the 16th minute, Chico Vidales ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Liviu Ciuvică was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Sixto Fraco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexandru Stănilă in the 30th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the match, Nàstic de Tarragona's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Matei came free, but Sixto Fraco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Nàstic de Tarragona getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Augustin Negreanu hit a great ball. In the 38th minute Alexandru Stănilă shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sixto Fraco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sixto Fraco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edgar Mirciu in the 39th minute. 42 minutes into the match, CF Gloria Sieu's goal looked a bit too open when Augustin Negreanu came free, but Liviu Ciuvică reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Sixto Fraco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugon Wierzcholek, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Eugen Oroian made in the 59th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Gabriel Matei. Mino Font took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Liviu Ciuvică. Liviu Ciuvică dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugon Wierzcholek in the 69th minute of play forced Nàstic de Tarragona's goalkeeper Sixto Fraco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 70 minutes into the match, Chico Vidales notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of CF Gloria Sieu's Liviu Ciuvică. Liviu Ciuvică was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Nàstic de Tarragona made a substitution. Iñaki Portillo replaced Chico Vidales. Liviu Ciuvică was out of position in the 86 minute of play, and Silvano Roca capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Silvano Roca really showed his touch with that goal: 1-5. The audience was convinced that Iñaki Portillo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Liviu Ciuvică was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. In the 95th match minute, CF Gloria Sieu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eugen Oroian to maneuver through the defense. The Nàstic de Tarragona players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
