Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Cromer F's Dane Clist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseu Viana in the 3rd minute of play. In the 6th match minute, Cromer F was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Glenn Jump to maneuver through the defense. Dane Clist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Josué Cunha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute Dennis Faulkner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but António Freitas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 24 minutes, Belchior Assunção mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Caranga and the Cromer F players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 23rd minute of the game. One of Caranga:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Cromer F:s goal. Eliseu Ferro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dane Clist having to interfere. 31 minutes into the match, Dennis Faulkner notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Caranga's António Freitas. António Freitas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 34 minutes, Doug Armstrong managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cromer F's supporters crossed their fingers, but Doug Armstrong was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cromer F's Dane Clist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseu Viana in the 41st minute of play. The audience was convinced that Eliseu Viana's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dane Clist was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. João Caires kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. After the first half Cromer F were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Doug Armstrong made a kick off. Eliseu Ferro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dane Clist having to interfere. In the 54th minute, Matias Calheiros left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Caranga fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. The Cromer F fans' excitement grew in the 66th match minute when Cromer F's Doug Armstrong looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 71st minute, Eliseu Ferro made a precise shot to the right of Dane Clist. Cromer F's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-4. Doug Armstrong's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but António Freitas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. Doug Armstrong received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. António Freitas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 82 played minutes Cromer F got a freekick which was hit by Johnathon Seagrave. Dane Clist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseu Viana, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. 87 minutes into the match, Cromer F's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseu Ferro came free, but Dane Clist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Graeme Rice received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. António Freitas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 90 minutes into the match, Caranga's goalkeeper António Freitas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Doug Armstrong. António Freitas came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Cromer F's Doug Armstrong. But to his dismay, Doug Armstrong quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-5. The Caranga fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Cromer F were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
