Seating: 236, VIP seats: 20) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Wahyu Dermawan got the match started through his kick off. 4 minutes into the game, Wahyu Dermawan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Christian García. Wahyu Dermawan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. When El Salvador's Guillermo Navas in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Malaysia's goalie prevented a goal. Joshua Cahyono Putro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Mena, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Christian García took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wahyu Dermawan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. El Salvador's Christian García played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hendrawan Cahyono Putro in the 14th minute of play. When El Salvador's Guillermo Navas in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. El Salvador's Félix Valenzuela was substituted for Josue Fornos. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Guillermo Navas made a kick off. If Jorge Magić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Guillermo Navas who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 60thth minute tested the skills of Joshua Cahyono Putro when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Salvador Rey kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. In the 61st minute Wahyu Dermawan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian García saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joshua Cahyono Putro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guillermo Navas in the 68th minute of the match. Malaysia made a substitution. Mulyana Tarigan replaced Fadh Dewa. With a little luck, Malaysia's Joshua Cahyono Putro got control of the ball when Guillermo Navas tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Malaysia fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. El Salvador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
