Kaan Miran was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The corner led to U21 Argentina's Basilio Viator getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Al Arco didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emrah Newell went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. In the 43rd minute Julio Checa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kaan Miran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a left leg Al Arco saved U21 Argentina from getting behind. The U21 Turkey fans' excitement grew in the 83rd match minute when U21 Turkey's Semih Tekay looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a defensive mix-up in U21 Turkey's zone, Alejo Salamon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kaan Miran came out of the goal and Alejo Salamon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 91 minutes into the match, Alejo Salamon notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of U21 Turkey's Kaan Miran.
