Exceed work permit, failed world tour quest

Hi all, I want to ask about work permit. Foreign players: 3 (maximum 3) default 3 Work permits: 4 (maximum 8) default 6 Above was my existing team player now. default as above was 3 for foreign player, and 6 with work permit. How if i have 8 work permit player at this time. But then i failed to fulfil world tour quest. and my work permit exceed limit of default. Anyone have answer, please feel free to advise me. i think the question is if he had 8 work permits in use, what would happen to them (they exceed the default limit of 6) if he failed to complete the world touri think the question is

correct. forget to mention my question : 1. How if i failed to fulfil world tour, which grant 2 additional work permit. So my player exceed default work permit at 6 player. Does one of them will be gone ? sell ? retired ? or what ?

so, once i have maxed work permit at 8 player, then when i was sold 1 of them, and work permit player only 7. i can not replace it. noted. Thanks for your reply.
