The Assistant Structure

ManagerZone Assistants are daily contributing to the success of our game, making the community stronger and the game fair and fun. Assistants are organized in [b]roles[/b]: [color=red]HMA - Head Master Assistant[/color]: Ideally the most experienced assistants in the team. HMAs, alongside Crew, takes part in deciding which regions need extra MA(s), who should become MA, and if an MA isn’t fulfilling their role, to remove them. The HMAs are also the persons to turn to whenever you have a personal complaint about an MA or have received a complaint about an MA. The HMA’s are also divided into specific roles of which they take care. [b]Current Head MAs per role are:[/b] [i]mikelony[/i] (Spain) in charge of Support [i]senatorkobra[/i] (Turkey) in charge of Investigations & Suspensions [i]c_c[/i] (Argentina) in charge of FA’s [i]damcio[/i] (Poland) in charge of RA’s and LA’s If you want to contact them and don't want to do it in this forum, get in contact with them via guestbook. [color=red]MA – Master Assistant[/color]: The MAs are the head assistants for their task, country or region. They decide whether to add new assistants and to remove those that don’t follow the rules stated in this or other official assistant documents. They are the persons that you as an assistant should turn to when you have question or anything to report. The MAs may ask HMAs/Crew for help. When in doubts, xAs should refer to their MAs for consultations. [color=red]GA – Game Assistant[/color]: The Game assistants are responsible for support in the Community, which means being the first point of contact for ManagerZone users in case of need or when they report suspicious behaviour from other players. GAs are also responsible for assuring the community that the game is controlled and the cheating episodes are handled in the fairest possible way and in accordance with the rules. [color=green]FA – Forum Assistant[/color]: The FAs have the specific task of maintaining friendly and polite communications in the Forum. They are the first line of contact and should be the most visible xA’s in the open community. [color=green]LA – Translator[/color]: The LAs are the members of the xA structure in charge of translating the game and the news in each supported language. [color=green]RA – Reporter[/color]: RAs are in charge of releasing a periodical magazine – The Zone - to inform the community on news, updates & events worth mentioning. All xAs needs to accept the [b]xA agreement[/b] and to follow the content of the [b]Codes of Conduct in place[/b]. The code of conduct describes each xA role. [b]To handle Support tasks the Game Assistants are divided in 2 seperate groups:[/b] The [b]first[/b] group is the [b]I&S (Investigations & Suspensions) group[/b]. I&S are the Game Assistants that will research the market, suspend the users who do not follow our rules and are as such the experts on the markets of ManagerZone and the detection of cheating. I&S is a team that works on a global level. They will handle all the reports you make to them in every part of the world. To contact I&S it suffices to mail one of the Game Assistants part of this group, to use the MU topic or to do so via [b]help@managerzone.on.spiceworks.com[/b]. An email sent to this address will generate a ticket for the Investigation team. GMAs in charge: bialybosik, darkline, cosminacho, zlatan_zlatan The [b]second[/b] group are the [b]Support agents[/b]. These xA’s are also identified on ManagerZone as Game Assistants but handle requests from users via the tool called Request-Tracker. Our agents are the contactpersons for our users. They handle the questions asked via Request-Tracker and also the appeals against decisions made by I&S. If you want to contact Request-Tracker you can do this via the tab Help -> Support. You can create a ticket there and an agent will answer as soon as possible. Other option is to mail the [b]@managerzone.com mailbox[/b] of a country. This will also create a ticket at Request-Tracker for agents to handle. Assistants are organized in roles:

This is joke! The countries like Albania, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia, are Balkans countries. Also i don't now some country by the name Macedonia. I know for several region of Greece by this name and for the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia!This is joke! ο χΑ δεν ειναι δημαρχος να τον ψηφιζει ο κοσμος και δεν ειναι εδω για να κανει τα χατιρια της καθε κοινοτητας ειναι εδω για να εφαρμοζει τους "νομους/κανονες" του παιχνιδιου αρα λογικο ειναι να τον διαλεγει αυτος που του ανηκει το παιχνιδι και οχι αυτος που το παιζει καποτε η κυπρος ειχε δικο της χΑ (airy) γιατι χασατε τη θεση του κυπριου χΑ ?ο χΑ δεν ειναι δημαρχος να τον ψηφιζει ο κοσμος

και δεν ειναι εδω για να κανει τα χατιρια της καθε κοινοτητας

Ρε leges δεν θέλω να μιλήσω μαζί σου και δεν θα βγει άκρη. Αλλά επιβάλλεται να πω και εγώ την άποψη μου εφόσον οι φωνακλάδες ακούγονται και προκαλούν χάος ενώ οι ήρεμοι που δεν μιλάνε αφήνουν τον θόρυβο να διαμορφώνει εικόνες. Όσα χρόνια ποστάρεις εδώ μέσα ρε άνθρωπε του θεού, 99% των πραγμάτων που γράφεις είναι ανισορροπίες αστρονομικού βαθμού. Μόνο ανακατωσούρα δημιουργείς. Εγώ πιστεύω στην ελευθερία του λόγου στο επίπεδο που δεχόμαστε όλοι τους κανόνες του παρόντος φόρουμ. Αν δεν τους δέχεσαι πολύ σωστά θα πράξεις να μην ξαναγράψεις. Αλλά επιβάλλεται να πω και εγώ την άποψη μου εφόσον οι φωνακλάδες ακούγονται και προκαλούν χάος ενώ οι ήρεμοι που δεν μιλάνε αφήνουν τον θόρυβο να διαμορφώνει εικόνες.

Όσα χρόνια ποστάρεις εδώ μέσα ρε άνθρωπε του θεού, 99% των πραγμάτων που γράφεις είναι ανισορροπίες αστρονομικού βαθμού. Μόνο ανακατωσούρα δημιουργείς.

Εγώ πιστεύω στην ελευθερία του λόγου στο επίπεδο που δεχόμαστε όλοι τους κανόνες του παρόντος φόρουμ. Αν δεν τους δέχεσαι πολύ σωστά θα πράξεις να μην ξαναγράψεις.

Εγώ όταν βλέπω το όνομά σου χρόνια τώρα, αγνοώ το πόστ. Αλλά τα λέω όλα αυτά για νεότερους χρήστες, και φυσικά είναι η προσωπική μου άποψη.

εγω θυμαμαι το θεμα με τη κυπρο (δικια της ληγκα) οταν ο ιαπετος ηταν ΜΑ (αν δε κανω λαθος) και λιγο πριν φυγω ειχαμε το airy να κουμανταρει τις κυπριακες ομαδες... τεσπα... το θεμα ηταν οτι υπηρχε κυπριος Α (ειτε με ελληνικη ειτε με κυπριακη σημαια δε μας απασχολει) ηταν στο χερι της κυπριακης κοινοτητας να συνεχισει να υπαρχει κυπριος αντιπροσωποςεγω θυμαμαι το θεμα με τη κυπρο (δικια της ληγκα) οταν ο ιαπετος ηταν ΜΑ (αν δε κανω λαθος) και λιγο πριν φυγω ειχαμε το airy να κουμανταρει τις κυπριακες ομαδες...
