Are loyal players a thing of the past?

It's been a while since we had a tour with loyal players as a bonus

Are they going to be offered once per year?
Are they going to be scrapped all together like the physios?

There will not be any loyal players in the upcoming tour. In the future, I won't be able to tell.

So new loyal players current status is TBD. Hope they remove them..too big luck factor.

I agree, I got one decent one and an usable one in football, whilst I got some pretty shoddy ones in hockey. Some of the ones that I've had to use for the national teams are actually quite beastly, including some incredible strikers and defenders and a class keeper I've seen. I do say remove them, but what do we do about the current ones? As some are pretty top drawer it gives those with the younger ones (mine are only 24) a lot of time with them whilst other people don't get them anymore. Maybe remove them but give us all some special youths with high potential that don't count towards the current youths we have? Maybe just remove them but give everyone some graduated youths with decent skills that are trainable? Like unmaxed 7 speed, 6 stam, 7 shooting, 5 ball control or 7 keeping, etc? Or keep them but give some people advantages over others? Or remove them but then weaken some peoples teams and cause upset?

everyone will retire eventually

so if crew wants to remove the loyal players from the game, all they have to do is not give new ones

imo loyal players was a nice idea, but wrongly implemented. Their wages did more harm to new and low tier teams (I think they were the main target group) than good

I'd rather see a couple of "loyal" youths with higher rate of training (but with the same randomness in maxings) introduced once per year (not season) and let luck decide their future

I remember back when they announced them, they said that Loyal Players would not become Goalkeepers! xD
