Is it to climb the ranks in your countries leader boards? Or to win a private cup?
Or is it something else, like training players?
Opinion is welcome :)

I see the top teams and their players and saying to myself that I can do better than all. I'm in youth rearing right now. Trying to grab national u18 cup and worldwide cups. My boys are my hope.

Unfortunately, my best successes have been at the U23 level so I tend to concentrate on youth development and finding players with potential. So I would say training results are the main reason I'm here every day.

No goals anymore but forum fun in the Battle of the Planets... And raise some decent players, in the process, for the NTs.

Getting a player worth over 500,000 and over 1,000,000 in the bank! This far on, and my team is still poor and terrible! xD
Think of it as an attempt to bring up a non-league team with transfers, youth and so forth. (As my team comes from before devs gave new teams decently valued players!)

I've achieved everything I want to in this game except win an Elite Cup or friendly league. Avoiding a simming in the final of the Domestic U/21 Cup, my best chance will be the U/21 Championship Playoffs next season with a team stacked full of recently graduated 22 year old talent. I made the last 8 earlier this season only to get knocked out by a team like I'll have next season, so I'm hoping to go a bit further this time.

Beating Aussies one game at a time, getting rich and doing it all over again, and overrated sarcasm.
Who needs trophies when you've got all these.

Not a gold digger, but my main motivation in my real life is money. Even though some might say money is not everything, I disagree. Because everything needs money.
As for MZ, my main motivation here is to win my first ever Malaysia Premier League title for this season. Currently, I'm on second place and just divided with goal difference. Wish me luck guys!

That's exactly what a gold digger would say.

Are you trying to say this falls into the category of people who say things like,"I'm not a racist, but..."

What's my motivation? Simple. I want to be the very best, like no one ever was. To catch them is my real test, to train them is my cause. I will travel across the land searching far and wide, each U21 to understand the power that's inside.

You don't need to travel much in MZ tho.

Not really. Managed to pick up the U23 national cup (albeit as the lesser team) without moving far from my chair.

Ant: What's your motivation?
By
juniorwonder - 11-09-2016 21:55
My motivation is to win as much as possible games and senior trophies with a team that still has potential to grow and is around 25-28 years old. Most of the best teams are old and not worth a lot (on the market). I'm dying of the idea that my good players lose a ball on speed/stamina or worse.. retire!
So you can say that my motivation is somewhere in the middle of training and buying talented players but also want to win trophies on the highest level, and it works pretty good last few seasons.

I play out of habitual madness, motivation left a while ago. Hours online have dwindled into minutes. A new sim with revamped tactic options may bring back the fire and passion but I can't see that happening before I pass away.

My motivation lately has been to keep myself in Top division, Allsvenskan; with seniors, U23, and U21.
My upcoming goal is to be successful with my Season 42 youths who currently are in the progress of becoming something (or not?). If they are good enough when examine from the youth academy, I´ll give them 100% of my motivation and try to everything I can with them.

That would be an interesting challenge, Take the same 23 player roster from 16 to retirement.
