Definitely a prodigy. He must have Canadian blood.

Re: Look at my youth

Badge image
he looks SLIGHTLY ahead of schedule but it's all going to depend on maxings. I assume he is unmaxed in everything thus far but if he maxes at 8 in both Speed & Stamina then he's a pretty average. If he keeps going though, he could be great. Good luck - keep us updated!

Congrats, you got yourself a wonderkid. You could be a millionaire if you decided to sell him once he's fully developed!

Re: Look at my youth

Then, what happen to him? Did you sell him instantly or still training him on other skill with main purpose to sell him later on?

I've learnt not to count my chickens before they hatch. Either of these two players could max at 8 speed and go from having potential, to being an average nobody.

Cause they don't have Canadian blood.

Re: Look at my youth

I like mine more because he is normal, non-Canadian, and one up on PI.:D

*Looks at current 18 year olds*

How the heck? Why have mine trained so slowly and poorly?

On the brighter side, my hockey ones are looking great and a year younger. If anything my hockey ones over all have better skills than my year older football ones...

I see the same brightness with my hockey players compared to the football players. Hmmmm...can we transfer the training codes in hockey to football???

Weird, my football youths & graduates usually look very good, but my hockey youths always seem to max early on power making them useless or they go far on power and then max everything else at 5/6

In my case:

1. Maybe it is just an illusion.
or
2. Maybe it is just the luck of the draw of potentially good players coming into the academy.
or
3. Maybe it is just an illusion.
or
4. Maybe it is because I get more distraught over early maxings in football than I do for hockey.

I blame it on his lack of experience.

My youths always start well , but never come to nothing , i use 4* coaches and some days coaches have no effect , i have even mentioned this on forum , but other players always look so much better than mine :(

Re: Look at my youth

Warhurst bites the dust, leaving Copelin as my last survivor not in their first season at the club.

I'm strongly considering using the youth customisation tool to wipe the floor at the start of next season.

try to move to D class 6@ coaches, you will almost never see a 4pie training report (unless we're talking about keeping) on your youths

they can even train with a 6pie, youths that have more balls than them (ie 6pie report on a youth that trains for his 8@ in passing)

Maybe this will help you make a decision :

They came a year ago on the customization program. 2 out of 16 and cost me nothing.
Not bad i'd say. They worth 10+ mil now.
