Fernando Pras was out of position in the 9 minute of play, and Zhang Song Fan capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Zhang Song Fan really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Zhang Song Fan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fernando Pras read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. The supporters of AKS Kozienice booed when Palestra do Interior was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberto Miranda didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zachariasz Zachemski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Fernando Pras made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Palestra do Interior's zone, Zhang Song Fan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fernando Pras came out of the goal and Zhang Song Fan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 29 played minutes AKS Kozienice got a freekick which was hit by Hugon Dyczkowski. Palestra do Interior's Fernando Pras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zachariasz Zachemski in the 31st minute of play. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Palestra do Interior's goalkeeper Fernando Pras, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 36th minute, AKS Kozienice's Zhang Song Fan dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Fernando Pras came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by AKS Kozienice's Zhang Song Fan. But to his dismay, Zhang Song Fan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. 42 minutes into the match, Zhang Song Fan notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Palestra do Interior's Fernando Pras. Fernando Pras was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zachariasz Zachemski was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to AKS Kozienice getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Zachariasz Zachemski hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Palestra do Interior defense, Zhang Song Fan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fernando Pras. The Palestra do Interior fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fernando Pras should have stopped the shot. In the 57th minute, Zhang Song Fan made a precise shot to the right of Fernando Pras. Palestra do Interior's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Fernando Pras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugon Dyczkowski in the 60th minute of play. Fernando Pras showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugon Dyczkowski in the 62nd minute of the match. A collision led to Palestra do Interior getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Alberto Miranda hit a great ball. Palestra do Interior's Christiano Palmeira was substituted for Nelsinho Marinho. After 64 played minutes Palestra do Interior got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Miranda. 71 minutes into the match, Palestra do Interior's goal looked a bit too open when Zachariasz Zachemski came free, but Fernando Pras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elia Pietrantoni spun around in front of the goal 72 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Palestra do Interior's goal. In the 72ndth minute of the game Elia Pietrantoni who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Palestra do Interior's Fernando Pras was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 75 minutes into the match, Palestra do Interior's goal looked a bit too open when Elia Pietrantoni came free, but Fernando Pras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fernando Pras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hugon Dyczkowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A sloppy throw-in by Christiano Palmeira in the 78th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by AKS Kozienice's Stanislaw Szarmach. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. AKS Kozienice fully deserved thier win.
