Zbyszek Kaider made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Paşa in the 22nd minute of play. Konrad Chodzinski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eugenio Nesto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Konrad Chodzinski could shoot a difficult shot in the 29th minute, which Eugenio Nesto however easily saved by the left post. Eugenio Nesto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariusz Bondel in the 33rd minute of play. Konrad Chodzinski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Eugenio Nesto made a huge save. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Leonel Libertad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Zbyszek Kaider tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zbyszek Kaider made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Lars Benet sent off a good shot on target. With 57 minutes on the clock, Silvestre Cuartio commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Saverio Etxeberri was substituted for Zacarias Umea. Eugenio Nesto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tadeusz Siekierka went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Kernsdorf SSA fans cheered their team off the field, for while Deportivo Pomelo Nenene had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
