In the 47th minute Kristen Lanen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredo Aguilar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nelson Haedo to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Hachita FC's zone, Nelson Haedo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Casado Naveda came out of the goal and Nelson Haedo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Casado Naveda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nelson Haedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hachita FC's Casado Naveda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nelson Haedo in the 73rd minute of play. Alfredo Aguilar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kristen Lanen in the 75th minute of the match. Edmund Lidberg scored 3-0 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Casado Naveda, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Edmund Lidberg kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Rickard Soned kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Alfredo Aguilar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zachary Dziatkowicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. If Roberto Bueldi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Casado Naveda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roberto Bueldi in the 94th minute of the match. Club Olimpia's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
