Eliseo Rivero was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With his leg Eliseo Rivero managed to avoid a goal in the 18thth minute, when Pingolion's Carlos Raitin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Wilfredo Abel did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Eliseo Rivero 20 minutes into the match. Sebastian Goiz hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. 25 minutes into the match, Ψ S.F 25 de Mayo Ψ's goalkeeper Eliseo Rivero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carlos Raitin. Luka Boulinguez kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Wilfredo Abel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some careless play in the Ψ S.F 25 de Mayo Ψ defense, Carlos Raitin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eliseo Rivero. The Ψ S.F 25 de Mayo Ψ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eliseo Rivero should have stopped the shot. In the 47thth minute of the game Wilfredo Abel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ψ S.F 25 de Mayo Ψ's Eliseo Rivero was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

In the 52nd minute Wilfredo Abel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliseo Rivero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ψ S.F 25 de Mayo Ψ's Eliseo Rivero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Raitin in the 63rd minute of play. Eliseo Rivero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Raitin, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. When the match clock showed 68 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Carlos Raitin sped through Ψ S.F 25 de Mayo Ψ's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Eliseo Rivero. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Wilfredo Abel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pingolion's supporters rose to their feet, but Wilfredo Abel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eliseo Rivero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pingolion made a substitution. Esteve Porfiro replaced Carlos Raitin. When the match clock showed 78 minutes, the score became 7-0 when Esteve Porfiro sped through Ψ S.F 25 de Mayo Ψ's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Eliseo Rivero. Cristian Izotz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Hermengildo Macario made a huge save. The supporters of Pingolion booed when Ψ S.F 25 de Mayo Ψ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albano Estavan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Pingolion's Apolo Madeo tried to score from far away in the 88th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Pingolion's Hermengildo Macario proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Pingolion from getting a goal against them. Ψ S.F 25 de Mayo Ψ's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
