In the 14th minute Alexander Palmer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidiu Acatincăi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, AFTER GYM FC's Ovidiu Acatincăi got control of the ball when Alexander Palmer tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eros Mancuso made in the 20th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by AFTER GYM FC's Melquiades Chumo. Ovidiu Acatincăi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alexander Palmer in the 25th minute. Alexander Palmer received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ovidiu Acatincăi came out and tried to block the shot, but Alexander Palmer slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 29th minute. 35 minutes into the game, Sixto Lorenz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Christof Deroek was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. AFTER GYM FC's Emiliano Txema got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 47 minutes into the match, AFTER GYM FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Baki Ulualp came free, but Ovidiu Acatincăi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Ovidiu Acatincăi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexander Palmer in the 52nd minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Angelo Burni in the 54th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by AFTER GYM FC's Melquiades Chumo. Ovidiu Acatincăi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexander Palmer in the 59th minute of the match. Growlithe FC's Christof Deroek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sixto Lorenz in the 60th minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Alexander Palmer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 68th minute, Maciej Burdzel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Christof Deroek was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Growlithe FC made a substitution. Barış Ziya replaced Alexander Palmer. Ovidiu Acatincăi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Barış Ziya in the 79th minute of the match. In the 86th match minute, Growlithe FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angelo Burni to maneuver through the defense. In the 88th minute Barış Ziya shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidiu Acatincăi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Growlithe FC's goalkeeper Christof Deroek, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 94 minutes into the game, Growlithe FC's Barış Ziya nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ovidiu Acatincăi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
