Barbosa Bocage hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. When Blair Benson came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Badia DevilZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Blair Benson couldn't finish the play. David McJohn lost his temper 10 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee gave Lamestars a penalty, 11 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Davie Barrett, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Badia DevilZ's Mario Pizzuto. 1-0. Paul Deery could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Mario Pizzuto made a huge save. In the 20th match minute, Lamestars was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hasan Sukmana to maneuver through the defense. 21 minutes into the match, Lamestars's goal looked a bit too open when Brefni Ferguson came free, but Sylwester Kasperowicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Badia DevilZ's Mario Pizzuto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Begg Scully in the 27th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Davie Barrett got free with Mario Pizzuto in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Badia DevilZ's Brefni Ferguson got a free kick in the 30th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Paul Deery managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lamestars's supporters rose to their feet, but Paul Deery was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mario Pizzuto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mario Pizzuto made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Davie Barrett sent off a good shot on target. 41 minutes into the game, Blair Benson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Sylwester Kasperowicz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Lamestars made a substitution. Aaron Jameson replaced Brazil Rogers. Toshko Toshkov's late challenge caught a Lamestars's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Toshko Toshkov helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Lamestars booed when Badia DevilZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Toshko Toshkov didn't get a good kick on the ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Paul Deery stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Blair Benson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sylwester Kasperowicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 53 minutes into the game, Badia DevilZ's Blair Benson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sylwester Kasperowicz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Begg Scully in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mario Pizzuto saved Badia DevilZ from getting behind. Blair Benson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sylwester Kasperowicz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. Paul Deery received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Mario Pizzuto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lamestars's Breccan Molloy was substituted for Robin Hoeybroeck. Lamestars made a substitution. Séamus Morrison replaced Begg Scully. In the 71st minute Séamus Morrison shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mario Pizzuto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Badia DevilZ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Brefni Ferguson in the 75th minute. In the 77th minute, Hasan Sukmana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Brefni Ferguson came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Badia DevilZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Brefni Ferguson couldn't finish the play. In the 88th minute, Davie Barrett hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 90 minutes into the match, Séamus Morrison had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mario Pizzuto. Badia DevilZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Séamus Morrison was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. The throw-in from Blair Benson in the 94th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Lamestars's Hasan Sukmana. Badia DevilZ were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
