Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ditlef Tillisch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Rudi Mosumgaard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th minute, Teofilo Txatxu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lasse Wiingaard was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After the first half caspurs hårde drenge were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Rupert Vejlstrup struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Lasse Wiingaard didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for caspurs hårde drenge. The audience was convinced that Ditlef Tillisch's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rudi Mosumgaard was relentless in the 65th minute of the game.
