In the 13th minute Bandırmaspor were awarded a corner. Doğukan Zevahir went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Doğukan Zevahir almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Sarioglan JK's Esen Ergümen did a great save. Ali Rafih's late challenge caught a Bandırmaspor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arif Memduh Soyuer hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. After 37 minutes of play, Bandırmaspor's Taner Geylanlar made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Esen Ergümen was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Taner Geylanlar in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Esen Ergümen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 46 played minutes Sarioglan JK got a freekick which was hit by Berkin Özpolat.

Doğukan Zevahir placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! After 55 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Sarioglan JK! Taner Geylanlar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Esen Ergümen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Sarioglan JK's Turan Kongurtay got a free kick in the 61st minute. Sarioglan JK's Esen Ergümen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Taner Geylanlar in the 62nd minute of play. Taner Geylanlar kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Renaut Buyck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Şakir Dengiz in the 68th minute of the match. Taner Geylanlar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Namık Kemal Karlukhan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Esen Ergümen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Berkin Özpolat fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sarioglan JK's protests and gave Berkin Özpolat a yellow card for diving instead. 76 minutes into the match, Sarioglan JK's goal looked a bit too open when Taner Geylanlar came free, but Esen Ergümen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sarioglan JK's Esen Ergümen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Taha Afacan in the 78th minute of play. Esen Ergümen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Taner Geylanlar in the 79th minute of the match. Taner Geylanlar was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 81st minute. Bandırmaspor's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. An unexpected shot in the 85th minute by Taner Geylanlar got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 86 minutes into the match, Taner Geylanlar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Esen Ergümen. Sarioglan JK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Taner Geylanlar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. An unexpectedly hard shot by Şakir Dengiz in the 92nd minute of play forced Bandırmaspor's goalkeeper Renaut Buyck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bandırmaspor's Sancar Karanalp quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ali Nabi Kutlay, made in the 94th minute of the game. Taner Geylanlar struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Esen Ergümen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bandırmaspor. In the 98th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bandırmaspor's goalkeeper Renaut Buyck, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the final whistle sounded Bandırmaspor left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Sarioglan JK.
