Spectators: 205 (Terracing: 154, Seating: 47, VIP seats: 4) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Rodney Hagen got the match started through his kick off. 8 minutes into the match, Valhalla F.C.'s goalkeeper Reynardo Rubin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rodney Hagen. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Feliciano Amor in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Guilherme Veiga saved Racing Miami Futbol Club from getting behind. 15 minutes into the match, Racing Miami Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Dario Draxler came free, but Guilherme Veiga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodney Hagen in the 16th minute of play forced Valhalla F.C.'s goalkeeper Reynardo Rubin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute of the match, Tyrone Terrell got a very nice opportunity to score, but Reynardo Rubin was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Reynardo Rubin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chance Adams, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. 29 minutes into the game, Racing Miami Futbol Club's Chance Adams nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Reynardo Rubin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Guilherme Veiga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Feliciano Amor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tyrone Terrell's late challenge caught a Valhalla F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tyrone Terrell helped the player get up and apologised. Tyrone Terrell hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Reynardo Rubin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodney Hagen in the 45th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Racing Miami Futbol Club's Larry Cermak was substituted for Rolland Kellogg. The wind increased when Qiao Kun Guo made the kick off in the second half. In the 59th match minute, Racing Miami Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robby Kelley to maneuver through the defense. When the match clock showed 63 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Chance Adams sped through Valhalla F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Reynardo Rubin. Racing Miami Futbol Club made a substitution. Milo Sapp replaced Chance Adams. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dario Draxler in the 78th minute of play forced Racing Miami Futbol Club's goalkeeper Guilherme Veiga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Reynardo Rubin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Milo Sapp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 83rd minute, Valhalla F.C.'s Ruud van Nistelrooij ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Guilherme Veiga. Guilherme Veiga yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. Larry Cermak kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Racing Miami Futbol Club players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
