An unexpectedly hard shot by Milo Sapp in the 94th minute of play forced Sociedad Anónima's goalkeeper Antonio Sorriva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 96 minutes, Villarreal Ubach made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Racing Miami Futbol Club's Alfonso Marcantonio tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The Racing Miami Futbol Club supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Sociedad Anónima's performance.
