Reducing number of youths

I have eight youths at the moment.Three of them will become seniors at the start of the new season.I do not want any new youths next season.So I need to reduce the number of youths down to five,but when can I do this.If I do it now it says I will lose three random players.For the last two seasons I have waited till the first day of the season to change it,only to find I have got three new youths that I didn't want. I think you should have access to the custom youth setup. I would suggest using that on day one to set the numbers to what you want. If you set 16 yo to 0 and 17 and 18 to the number you currently have, that should achieve your goal.I think you should have access to the custom youth setup.
