manager ranking: world rank #1 in 6 weeks?

did you notice the current rank #1 team in hockey is just 5-6 weeks old? I'm not an expert, but this seems a bit unfair, or the ranking formula is way too simpledid you notice the current rank #1 team in hockey is just 5-6 weeks old?
