I need u23 tactic for my team

Hi everybody. I have a few problems with u23 team. Sometimes I win the macths 9-0 , 7-1 but sometimes ı win the matchs 2-1,3-2. I didnt solve the problem with my tactic. Can you help me what is the best tactic for u23 team or which sequence do you use?Hi everybody. I have a few problems with u23 team. Unfortunately I don't think there is a set tactic to use - you just have to look at your players and place them accordingly; higher stamina plays on the top lines, quick defenders play further from the net and closer to the blueline. forwards with high shooting and little to no defense can be used in a more offensive role (ie - higher up the ice), best all around players usually play center, etc.Unfortunately I don't think there is a set tactic to use - you just have to look at your players and place them accordingly; higher stamina plays on the top lines, quick defenders play further from the net and closer to the blueline. forwards with high shooting and little to no defense can be used in a more offensive role (ie - higher up the ice), best all around players usually play center, etc.
