Depending of the division you are, 8 in Power.. For top teams, 9 is the minimum.
shooting 8 for wingers, checking 8 or 9 for defenders.
Stamina 6 is the minimum for a lot of managers, I have 7 or more only.

No of yous mentioned skating, which is very important too. Player can have 10 on quickness but with bad skating he may not skate too fast, and also it's easier to take the puck away from a player with bad skating.

it really is dependent upon the country you play in. In Canada you can have guys with 6 and 7 power and still be in the NHL. In fact, if you're active you might make it there ;(
Generally speaking though, my order of importance on skills is:
Power
Shooting/Checking
Stamina
Quickness
Skating
If you have 8+ Power as well as 8+ Shooting/Checking and then solid stats (5+) in the rest, coupled with a 9+ keeper, you'll do fine in the Canadian Leagues.

I mentioned Power, Shooting/checking and stamina because it's the attributes which I put a minimum obligatory. All my players have 9 or 10 in power, minimum 8 in shooting/checking and minimum 7 in stamina.
I know and a lot of people know that skating and quickness are important, but as I have some players with 5 in these attributes for instance, I didn't say anything.
7 is the ideal number, but it's hard to get such players without domestic market.

I don't think all your players have those numbers Duncan, do they?
