is mz looking for new players ?
i am wondering.. it's been years that the game is losing managers and in the meantime i don't see new managers who stay in the game.
so, i'm asking again : crew, are you doing something to bring us some fresh blood ?
thanks for answers, we need (and have the right) to know!

Not in France...soon we'll play only with 12 managers in the Ligue 1 in hockey...
Expenses are all the time increasing but incomes not really!
To win the title in the Ligue 1, we receive only 70.000€, it's the cost for 2 days for my physios...
There is a pool about changes and the first option choosen by manager is to boost youth training?
There is no sense!
They're already improved theirs skills very fast.
I've got some players who they're all maxed at only 24 years old...
What do yhey want?
To have some players maxed with 70 balls in 20 years old?
Before when i need money i try so sell some players, now it's impossible. I have tryed to sell several times a young goalkeeper in hockey 21 years old with 10 balls in goalkeeper and a lot of balls in stamine, play of intelligence and speed. Before, it was possible to sell him maybe 2 millions of euros. Now it's very difficult to sell him only 600.000€...

Patrick did talk about marketing in the two Podcasts (in particular the first one). They are always attempting to bring in new people. I think part of the problem you may be seeing is that many of the marketing campaigns are directed towards Countries where ManagerZone is already extremely popular (Sweden, Argentina, etc.). It's difficult because that is where you get the biggest Bang for you Buck, but it doesn't help Countries with smaller amounts of active players. Attempt to refer friends and create rivalries with them. Although it's not an entirely level playing field (since you are an established manager), you can compete in some of the Uxx tournaments against them with fairly even teams after only a couple of seasons.

Also, hockey can be a little bit of a harder sell because of it's lack of popularity on a Global scale.
I'm sure that there are at least 10X the number of Football Fans in the world as there are Hockey fans (and that might be a VERY conservative estimate).
