3D is not running

How is that possible: in football I can watch all matches in 3 D after allowing FF to use java platform. In hockey, 3D is not running. I've heard the 3D simulation is quite nice in hockey, so I would be glad to see it with my own eyes. 2D is crap!

I have taken this advice out of an old thread, that helped back then - though it was not hockey specific.

"One thing the user could try is to manually remove the 3D installation file (it is most likely located at C:Users<USER>AppDataLocalLowPowerChallengeMZSoccer) and try again."

This is the error message i get...

Application Blocked by Deployment Rule Set.

Name MZ Hockey 3D
Location http://managerzone.com

The application was blocked even though the host site of the html file at:
http://www.managerzone.com/?p=match&sub=startviwer&type=3d&mid=105468256&redUrl=
is included in the Exception site list because the application refers to resources
on multiple domains.
The jnlp file at http://managerzone.com/applet/hockey-3d/mzhockey3d.jnlp is on a
diffrent domain and is not also included on the Exception site list.

Og så dukker det her vindue op... (and then this appears)

calling downloadEagerorAll
Java Plug-in 10.67.2.01
Using JRE version 1.7.0_67-b01 Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM
User home directory = C:UsersFrank

I've been reading around, and it seems like Java is preventing the applet from Managerzone.com from running, because it's considered a hazard. It's not a Hazard, but Java dosn't giva... There are some very technical "soloutions" on the net, but alot of people that tried them says they don't work. Even if you wan't to go ahead with it, it's difficult stuff.
It must be the providers of the game, that solve this problem, and not the users of the game.

What do you think?

It seems that oracle has changed something with processing default plugin java arguments, that caused a problem in new java.

It can be fixed through Java Control panel:

Java -> View -> double click on Runtime Parameters cell for java 7u65 to enter edit mode -> OK -> Apply

If you cant find Java control Panel, please follow the link:
https://www.java.com/en/download/help/win_controlpanel.xml

Can you please verify that this solves the problem?

Thank you.

Hi there dowopado.

What you suggests dosn't work. It's more complicated than that.
Furthermore, i don't understand what you, and others, mean by going into "edit mode"
When you follow the steps you describe.... Java...View...Runtime Parameters...
and doubleclick there, you just put the cursor in the box, and then what?
The box is empty as it is, so do we have to write something there?
What's written there in the other boxes are just the version number of Java, and the location where it's stored on your computer.

I've read on the net, that i have to create an XML-file, and implement that into Java!
But i also read, that people that tried that, just got problems doing that, and then we're back to basics.

As i see it, with my little knowledge, it seems like the developers of the hockeygame ,created it, in a way that Java finds a danger to our computers and therefore blocks it for security reasons.
The problem is, that we can't tell Java to allow the MZ 3D to run anyway.
They deside what i can do, and what i cannot do with their programe on my own computer!!! Not acceptable if you ask me.

@fribby...According to Crew it has something to do with the last few updated versions of Java. I use Windows 7 OS with IE 11. Not sure what your using but I could send you an email with specific instructions with pictures on what steps to take if you would like.

Yes, i would like that, but could you post it here please. (or Redback@webspeed.dk)
I use Vista; IE9. It's old, i know, but that's all i have. IE9 is the newest version Vista can handle. I tried Firefox and Chrome, but that did not help.
Thanks
Frank

Sent you an email today about 3PM.

This could be the problem...
What Java is telling me, is that the 3D game from MZ is comming from diffrent
domains.

What i (we) need to know now, is from how many diffrent servers the hockey game are comming from?
And most of all, the addresses... Http:// s'

Can the Admin's from MZ tells us that please?

This is what Java wrote...

If the URL where the applet is hosted is different from the URL of the web page from which the applet is launched, then you will need to add both the URL for the applet as well as the URL for the web page.

Example with different URLs for the applet and the web page
For Yahoo games Checkers, you would enter both URLs (The urls listed can be different depending on which host is serving the game)
1. http://www.games.yahoo.com
This is the url for the Yahoo games domain
2.http://yog36.games.sp2.yahoo.com
This is the url where the game is hosted and shown in the dialog box for the blocked application

•Click OK to save the URL that you entered
•Click Continue on the Security Warning dialog

I am currently seeking more help on the admin forum. One MA came up with this, not sure what version you have:

Last week an user requested some input in Spanish hockey forum. I told him Java needs to be updated to its latest version (currently Update 7 Version 67), and in addition set Java security level from High to Medium, or even Low if needed (Control Panel > Java > Security).
