Multiple Goalie's Stuck at 7 pucks

up to this point a few seasons ago I bought my first few goalies, but then I wanted to start to train my own. I have trained 4 goalies so far but all of them stop learning at 7 pucks. My question is: 1) in order to train to 10 pucks is it a MUST to have a 10 puck coach in with the goalie, to get past 7? 2) or do you think that I am simply selecting the wrong players to train as goalies? and if so what do you look for as a youth to determine if he is a candidate for a goalie career?up to this point a few seasons ago I bought my first few goalies, but then I wanted to start to train my own.

Its all down to luck. I've only had one go to 9.It helps having a 10 puck coach to train up to 10, however it has no impact to when a player maxes.Its all down to luck. I've only had one go to 9.It helps having a 10 puck coach to train up to 10, however it has no impact to when a player maxes.

I have a 10 pucks goalie and never had a 10 pucks coach. And he's training his 9th puck in stamina and again, I don't have a coach with 9 in stamina!!I have a 10 pucks goalie and never had a 10 pucks coach. It is just luck. I have had maxings at 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10. Keep training anyone who Youth Camps as a goalie and one of them will get to 10 eventually. I am 1 for 8 so far.It is just luck. as all have said, its just down to luck, i trained my first one to a maxing of 6 which is horrible, so i exchanged him.
