ManagerZone is more than a game to us in Crew, and our managers are more than just customers. We see our Managers as family, and families take care of one another. We want to do everything we can to make sure that all our loyal managers will be able enjoy the full ManagerZone experience during these difficult times.

**Please note: due to a very high amount of loan requests (we are filing them all manually), we are currently not able to meet the 1 working day goal that we set up. You may need to wait a few days to get your Power Tokens after applying for the loan. Sorry for this, and thank you for your patience!**

We are aware that some of our managers currently aren't able to buy Power Tokens at all due to the 'stay at home' policy imposed by some countries, and those managers now run the risk of missing out on important competitions, not being able to renew their Club Membership, and even risking bankruptcy.

Fear not! We here at headquarters sympathise with your situation and have thought of a plan to ensure your continuous participation in the game. We will grant you a loan!

To be able to get a loan, you must have made at least one purchase in the last year, and you can borrow up to 100 Power Tokens. To apply for a loan, head over to our support page, choose "Quarantine assistance" from the drop down, and let us know how many Tokens you would like to borrow. We will deposit the Tokens as soon as possible, but you may have to wait until the next working day. Once you're able to buy Tokens again and you're ready to repay the loan, just let us know by replying to the support ticket, and we will deduct the amount of Tokens owed from your balance.

We ask that those of you who are still able to buy Power Tokens do not take advantage of this offer. We do this without any guarantees of ever getting back what we loan out, but we put our trust in our managers.
