Rebalancing of the Division cups
For this season we have grouped some countries into regions (same grouping as the Youth Leagues have), as well as merged some divisions together. Now, each cup will have more participants and therefore be even more worthwhile to join, even for teams in lower divisions or in countries where there generally are fewer active managers.
