In football, the title race remained alive deep into the season before a familiar federation secured another gold medal. Hockey meanwhile produced one of the closest finishes in recent memory, with the championship decided only by Tie Breaker Points.
Football review Allstars Sverige returned to the top of the football Federations League after completing a flawless campaign. Winning all eleven clashes, they finished with a perfect 33 points and once again demonstrated why they remain one of the most dominant federations in the competition's history. Drastic Clan secured second place with an impressive 30-point season, while FIQ - Federação dos Incríveis Quebrados finished third on 21 points together with [FEDERACIÓN RIVER PLATE], separated only by Tie Breaker Points. The middle of the table stayed highly competitive throughout the season, with several close clashes deciding the final standings.
Hockey review ZHL Maraton captured the hockey Federations League title after an incredibly close battle at the top of the Elite Division. Both ZHL Maraton and Federacion Argentina Unida completed the season unbeaten with ten wins, one draw and 31 points each. With the teams level on points, the championship was decided by Tie Breaker Points, where ZHL Maraton narrowly edged ahead with 664 compared to 651 for Federacion Argentina Unida. Federatia Romana de Hockey pe Gheata claimed third place on 24 points, just ahead of Confederação Brasileira, who finished fourth with the same number of points but a lower Tie Breaker total. Once again, the hockey division proved how small the margins can be at the very top.
