As the majority of users now access ManagerZone through their phones, we strive to improve the mobile experience. A while ago, we revamped the Player Profiles page but decided to revert the update after feedback, and work on it some more. We made plenty of changes and added all of it to an open test environment. There it has been available to test for a few months, which allowed us to make additional improvements. The resulting Player Profile page is a result of this collaboration.
So what is new, compared to the former live version? Well, we have restructured the layout to make everything fit better on a mobile screen. Data is presented in a tidy table format, instead of the previous scattering of information. Training related information is now contained within a designated box on the player card. Content is structured in order to minimize dead space, especially on mobile devices where room is scarce.
Regarding looks, colors and other visual elements, we have stayed true to what you are all familiar with. The icons and buttons all look similar and have the same colors as before. But the image based icons have been replaced with vector based icons, making them appear crisp and clear on every screen. We have also added an icon for when a player is in the "recovering" state, after an injury.
We hope you enjoy this update and please let us know through the forum if you find any bugs or have an opinion regarding the changes!
