Scheduled support ticket maintenance

This is to let you know that our support ticketing system, Request-Tracker, will be paused for roughly 12 hours, between 9PM CET today (August 9) and tomorrow at 10AM CET. It will still be possible to request support during that time, but your ticket can not be viewed by an agent until 10 tomorrow at the earliest. Normally a confirmation email would be sent out to anyone requesting help, but those emails will also be delayed until tomorrow.

We will update this news item when all is back to normal.
