When the match clock showed 5 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Quin Aguila sped through Kazakhstan's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Innokentiy Blyakhin. When Uruguay's Quin Aguila in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kazakhstan's goalie prevented a goal. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Quin Aguila put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Innokentiy Blyakhin. Innokentiy Blyakhin came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Uruguay's Quin Aguila. But to his dismay, Quin Aguila quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. The Uruguay fans' excitement grew in the 21st match minute when Uruguay's Quin Aguila looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Eriz Iribe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernest Simashko, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Innokentiy Blyakhin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Quin Aguila's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. After 27 minutes of play, Uruguay's Justino Canseco made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Innokentiy Blyakhin was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Oleg Salenko managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kazakhstan's supporters rose to their feet, but Oleg Salenko was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eriz Iribe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Kazakhstan's Ernest Simashko got a free kick in the 36th minute. When Uruguay's Quin Aguila in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kazakhstan's goalie prevented a goal. In the 69th minute Quin Aguila shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Innokentiy Blyakhin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Uruguay made a substitution. Innokentiy Blyakhin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bertin Llacin, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Innokentiy Blyakhin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Christian Rodriguez went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-11 was the resulting score. In the 93rd match minute, Kazakhstan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oleg Salenko to maneuver through the defense. The Uruguay supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Uruguay would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
