Seating: 236, VIP seats: 20) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Igor Lamashkevich took the kick off in the first half of the match. Jaroslaw Dytrych hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Igor Lamashkevich could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Gustaw Petrasz made a huge save. In the 17th minute Belarus were awarded a corner. Oleg Rukevich went to the cornerflag to take it. Belarus's Oleg Rukevich was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Gustaw Petrasz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Belarus's Yuriy Nizavets played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Duda in the 25th minute of play. In the 25th minute Edgar Duda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yuriy Nizavets saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gustaw Petrasz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Lamashkevich, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Gustaw Petrasz managed to avoid a goal in the 26thth minute, when Belarus's Igor Lamashkevich fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Pankracy Lato put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Yuriy Nizavets. Belarus's Yuriy Nizavets played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pankracy Lato in the 30th minute of play. Poland's Gustaw Petrasz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Poland from getting a goal against them. The Belarus players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Poland were winning 0-1.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pankracy Lato stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Radomir Czerner received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Yuriy Nizavets came out and tried to block the shot, but Radomir Czerner slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 51st minute. Pankracy Lato fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yuriy Nizavets having to interfere. 61 minutes into the game, Radomir Czerner recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Yuriy Nizavets. Radomir Czerner showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Poland made a substitution. Zygmunt Dranka replaced Iwo Wolnik. Belarus's Yuriy Nizavets played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Duda in the 66th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juljan Demchenko in the 69th minute of play forced Poland's goalkeeper Gustaw Petrasz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th minute Bernard Gorzkiewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yuriy Nizavets saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zygmunt Drankas short, quick shot in the 86thth minute got Yuriy Nizavets to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Radomir Czerner got free with Yuriy Nizavets in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Belarus fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Poland were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
