Giorgos Eleftheriadis kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Méga Bisdoúni BC defense, Louison Cheret kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Demis Panagiotopoulos. The Méga Bisdoúni BC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Demis Panagiotopoulos should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Martial Lhotellier in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Demis Panagiotopoulos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 10 played minutes Méga Bisdoúni BC got a freekick which was hit by Nontas Mandraflis. Méga Bisdoúni BC's Demis Panagiotopoulos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Louis Fortin in the 11th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Louison Cheret in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Demis Panagiotopoulos saved Méga Bisdoúni BC from getting behind. Demis Panagiotopoulos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brian Lebigot in the 14th minute of play. In the 16th minute, Franck Jovanovic made a precise shot to the right of Demis Panagiotopoulos. Méga Bisdoúni BC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Demis Panagiotopoulos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Franck Jovanovic, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. 22 minutes into the game, Elegance Dijon's Franck Jovanovic nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Demis Panagiotopoulos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Demis Panagiotopoulos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. Demis Panagiotopoulos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Franck Jovanovic went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Méga Bisdoúni BC defense, Martial Lhotellier kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Demis Panagiotopoulos. The Méga Bisdoúni BC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Demis Panagiotopoulos should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Louison Cheret in the 46th minute of play forced Méga Bisdoúni BC's goalkeeper Demis Panagiotopoulos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-8 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Prokopis Papachantzoulis to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Méga Bisdoúni BC's goal looked a bit too open when Martial Lhotellier came free, but Demis Panagiotopoulos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Demis Panagiotopoulos was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Louison Cheret showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-12 in the 70 minute of play. Méga Bisdoúni BC's Demis Panagiotopoulos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Méga Bisdoúni BC from getting a goal against them. Demis Panagiotopoulos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Martial Lhotellier went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-13 was the resulting score. 87 minutes into the game, Elegance Dijon's Martial Lhotellier nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Demis Panagiotopoulos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-14. With a little luck, Méga Bisdoúni BC's Demis Panagiotopoulos got control of the ball when Martial Lhotellier tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Elegance Dijon left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Méga Bisdoúni BC.
