Seating: 236, VIP seats: 20) Marsilam Sangaji made the kick off and thus started the match. Martino Benavente got a throw-in 4 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Raymundo Cardoso. 7 minutes into the game, Chile's Raymundo Cardoso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jagoan Phoenix made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Raymundo Cardoso in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jagoan Phoenix saved Indonesia from getting behind. After having played for 16 minutes, Edgardo Abdallah managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chile's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edgardo Abdallah was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Chile's Carlos Alberto Eguiguren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Darman Abissay in the 18th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Eno Le Ray came free, but Carlos Alberto Eguiguren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 23 minutes had been played when some careless play by Chile's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Kopi Item was slow to take the kick. During this time Indonesia's players had a chance to rest. Jagoan Phoenix took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raymundo Cardoso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carlos Alberto Eguiguren stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Yura Pitoy's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. 41 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Marsilam Sangaji came free, but Carlos Alberto Eguiguren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 42 played minutes Chile got a freekick which was hit by Edgardo Abdallah. Widhie Jatnika kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Jagoan Phoenix was a little too slow when Raymundo Cardoso got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 45th minute. The score was now 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Chile's Carlos Alberto Eguiguren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Chile from getting a goal against them. Carlos Alberto Eguiguren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eno Le Ray in the 88th minute of play.
