Spectators: 1030 (Terracing: 773, Seating: 237, VIP seats: 20) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ato Jabari Ramjohn-Richards took the kick off in the first half of the match. Hílton Soares's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Richard Tiwari read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. Richard Tiwari came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Brazil's Hílton Soares. But to his dismay, Hílton Soares quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Mané de Castro might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Richard Tiwari. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mané de Castro ran back to his position shaking his head. Richard Tiwari showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hílton Soares, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. 10 minutes into the match, Trinidad & Tobago's goal looked a bit too open when Hílton Soares came free, but Richard Tiwari reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brazil's Luiz Paulo Moreno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ato Jabari Ramjohn-Richards in the 17th minute of play. 18 minutes had been played when some careless play by Brazil's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gregory Peru was slow to take the kick. During this time Trinidad & Tobago's players had a chance to rest. 20 minutes into the match, Hílton Soares had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Richard Tiwari. Trinidad & Tobago's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hílton Soares was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Hílton Soares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Trinidad & Tobago's Richard Tiwari played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hílton Soares in the 24th minute of play. Luiz Paulo Moreno made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Jamal Vidale sent off a good shot on target. 31 minutes into the match, Brazil's goal looked a bit too open when Emmanuel Ramjohn-Richards came free, but Luiz Paulo Moreno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Nalini Hyland hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 33rd minute, Hílton Soares left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Brazil fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emmanuel Ramjohn-Richards got free with Luiz Paulo Moreno in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Richard Tiwari showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hílton Soares in the 39th minute of the match. Ato Jabari Ramjohn-Richards received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Luiz Paulo Moreno came out and tried to block the shot, but Ato Jabari Ramjohn-Richards slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 42nd minute. After having played for 47 minutes, Hílton Soares managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brazil's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hílton Soares was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-4 lead.

Trinidad & Tobago's Richard Tiwari proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Trinidad & Tobago from getting a goal against them. Hílton Soares could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Richard Tiwari made a huge save. In the 54th minute, Pedro Luiz Garcia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Brazil's Pedro Luiz Garcia slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Richard Tiwari. That made the score 1-5 after 59 minutes of play. Trinidad & Tobago's Richard Tiwari played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Luiz Garcia in the 67th minute of play. With a little luck, Trinidad & Tobago's Richard Tiwari got control of the ball when Pedro Luiz Garcia tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mané de Castro struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Richard Tiwari didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brazil. In the 73rd minute, Brazil's Pedro Luiz Garcia dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-6. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sérgio Galo got free with Richard Tiwari in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling João Vítor Quirino in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Richard Tiwari prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Richard Tiwari made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Vítor Quirino in the 84th minute of play. Brazil's Jacinto de Senna was substituted for Ramos Pique. Richard Tiwari came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Brazil's Pedro Luiz Garcia. But to his dismay, Pedro Luiz Garcia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-8. Mané de Castro scored 1-9 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Richard Tiwari, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
