Seating: 237, VIP seats: 20) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Santos Dumond kicked off to start the match. Valdomiro de Godoi succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 4th playminute. In the 7th minute Jasper Holden shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Milton Kikuchi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 8 minutes into the match, U21 Brazil's goal looked a bit too open when Corder Pukallus came free, but Milton Kikuchi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 9th minute, Loyd Phasey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 13 minutes into the match, U21 Australia's goalkeeper Myles Kile had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Valdomiro de Godoi. Myles Kile took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santos Dumond, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. U21 Australia's Myles Kile proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save U21 Australia from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cláudio de Amaral in the 33rd minute of play forced U21 Australia's goalkeeper Myles Kile to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Milton Kikuchi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Loyd Phasey, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Diego Nathan during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to U21 Brazil getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Diego Nathan hit a great ball. In the 44th minute of the match Adam Cole sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Milton Kikuchi skillfully saved the ball. In the 47th match minute, U21 Australia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Corder Pukallus to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jasper Holden to make the kick off. Everton Crisol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Myles Kile having to interfere. 69 minutes into the game, Corder Pukallus recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Milton Kikuchi. Corder Pukallus showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. U21 Australia made a substitution. Dugald Mcgregor replaced Adam Cole. Jackson Mealmaker blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Milton Kikuchi having to make a save. 74 minutes into the match, U21 Brazil's goalkeeper Milton Kikuchi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jackson Mealmaker. U21 Australia's Larkin Burmeister was substituted for Phillip Andrews. Arsa Hol kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Santos Dumond managed to get in a good position for a shot. U21 Brazil's supporters rose to their feet, but Santos Dumond was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Myles Kile breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Santos Dumond scored 2-3 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Myles Kile, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. U21 Australia's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
