The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Levente Lendvay to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Norbert Török shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jude Redwood-Turner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Barrie Potter's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sándor Bán was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. In the 91st minute, Nicky MacDonald hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jude Redwood-Turner stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Levente Lendvay's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. 95 minutes in the game Ed Soares did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Basil Riley. The Hungary players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
