Seating: 236, VIP seats: 20) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Hermann Nagel kicked off to start the match. Belgium's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rudy Omblet in the 5th minute. The corner led to Belgium's Jordi De Becker getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Jonas-Andreas Lüdtke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thierry Reijnders, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. 9 minutes into the game, Belgium's Thierry Reijnders nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonas-Andreas Lüdtke made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. 14 minutes had been played when some careless play by Austria's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Rudy Omblet was slow to take the kick. During this time Belgium's players had a chance to rest. A well-hit corner resulted in Leopold Van Beetz heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Jonas-Andreas Lüdtke was out of position in the 19 minute of play, and Thierry Reijnders capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 88 minutes, Bram Anthonis successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 91st minute, Austria's Dustin Krammer dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-1. Jonas-Andreas Lüdtke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thierry Reijnders, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew the final whistle, Belgium could leave the field as winners, despite Austria having more of the ball for most of the match.
