Seating: 236, VIP seats: 20) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Nick Benson took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th minute, Karim Brahami made a precise shot to the right of Nathaniel Warren. U21 Australia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. U21 Australia's Nathaniel Warren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karim Brahami in the 6th minute of play. U21 MZ Country's Mouloud Doutté played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nick Benson in the 8th minute of play. Nick Benson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mouloud Doutté showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nick Benson in the 14th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nick Benson in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mouloud Doutté prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Nick Benson sped through U21 MZ Country's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mouloud Doutté. Mouloud Doutté stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nick Benson's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. In the 22ndth minute of the game Duncan Callaghan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but U21 MZ Country's Mouloud Doutté was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jessop Turnor's late challenge caught a U21 MZ Country's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jessop Turnor helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, U21 Australia's Jessop Turnor got a free kick in the 25th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nick Benson in the 32nd minute of play forced U21 MZ Country's goalkeeper Mouloud Doutté to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mouloud Doutté showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nick Benson in the 33rd minute of the match. Mouloud Doutté didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nick Benson went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. 36 minutes into the match, Nick Benson notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of U21 MZ Country's Mouloud Doutté. Mouloud Doutté was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 42nd minute Kassel Hamouda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nathaniel Warren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mouloud Doutté showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Norm Paull, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. During the 48th minute of the match Jessop Turnor completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Jessop Turnor a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 48th match minute, U21 Australia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jessop Turnor to maneuver through the defense.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Karim Brahami was the one to do the kick off. Duncan Callaghan struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Mouloud Doutté didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for U21 Australia. If Karim Brahami had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. In the 59th minute Said Hindi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nathaniel Warren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mouloud Doutté made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Duncan Callaghan in the 60th minute of play. U21 MZ Country's Mouloud Doutté proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save U21 MZ Country from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kassel Hamouda in the 70th minute of play forced U21 Australia's goalkeeper Nathaniel Warren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karim Brahami fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nathaniel Warren having to interfere. U21 MZ Country's Mahieddine Bridji was substituted for Yacine Hammad. U21 MZ Country made a substitution. Faouzi Bridji replaced Kassel Hamouda. Karim Brahami's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nathaniel Warren read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. U21 MZ Country were awarded a corner in the 84th minute after U21 Australia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Karim Brahami took the corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karim Brahami in the 87th minute of play forced U21 Australia's goalkeeper Nathaniel Warren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 89 minutes into the match, U21 MZ Country's Karim Brahami sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nathaniel Warren narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Duncan Callaghan came free with the goalkeeper in the 90th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Mouloud Doutté could save by the left post. When the match was over U21 Australia could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than U21 MZ Country throughout the match.
