Seating: 236, VIP seats: 20) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Adhiratha Kaal took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by A.J. Lee in the 3rd minute of play forced U21 India's goalkeeper Amaya Sarang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 4 minutes into the match, U21 India's goal looked a bit too open when A.J. Lee came free, but Amaya Sarang reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A.J. Lee who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 6thth minute tested the skills of Amaya Sarang when he managed to save the team from getting behind. U21 South Korea's Kim Bang was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Amaya Sarang in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a defensive mix-up in U21 India's zone, A.J. Lee stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amaya Sarang came out of the goal and A.J. Lee tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 11 minutes into the match, U21 South Korea's goal looked a bit too open when Adhiratha Kaal came free, but 정 상 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the U21 India defense, A.J. Lee kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Amaya Sarang. The U21 India fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amaya Sarang should have stopped the shot. When U21 South Korea's A.J. Kim Bang who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 21stth minute tested the skills of Amaya Sarang when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Kim Bang did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Amaya Sarang 21 minutes into the match. The supporters of U21 India booed when U21 South Korea was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. King Park didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kim Bang took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Amaya Sarang. Amaya Sarang dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Amaya Sarang showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from A.J. Lee in the 31st minute of the match. The U21 India fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amaya Sarang should have stopped the shot. The supporters of U21 India booed when U21 South Korea was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. 한 정 didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to U21 India getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Jairasa Agarwal hit a great ball. 45 minutes into the match, A.J. Lee had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Amaya Sarang. U21 India's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that A.J. Lee was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.
U21 India's Amaya Sarang played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by A.J. Lee in the 51st minute of play. 정 상 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gunadhara Malhan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amaya Sarang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from A.J. Lee in the 56th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling A.J. Lee in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amaya Sarang prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 63rd minute of the match, Arcika Gasnette tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but 정 상 saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. U21 South Korea's 김 순 was substituted for 김 원. U21 South Korea made a substitution. 정 요 replaced A.J. Lee. The throw-in from Jairasa Agarwal in the 68th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by U21 South Korea's 김 당. After 68 played minutes U21 South Korea got a freekick which was hit by 김 당. After 70 played minutes Arcika Gasnette rounded U21 South Korea's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 5-1. After 73 played minutes U21 South Korea got a freekick which was hit by Kim Bang. 정 상 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arcika Gasnette in the 76th minute of play. 정 상 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Parmjit Dutta in the 81st minute of play. Amaya Sarang showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kim Bang, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. After 90 minutes of play, U21 India's Parmjit Dutta made it 5-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. 정 상 was left in no man's land by his defense there! U21 India made a substitution. Avarodha Basrai replaced Dorai Mondol. U21 South Korea made a substitution. 김 태 replaced Claude Kim. Amaya Sarang showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 정 요 in the 95th minute of the match. U21 South Korea's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
